Special Congregational Meeting

The St Paul Council has called a special congregational meeting for Sunday, July 11, following worship, to seek approval from the members for an expenditure not in the approved annual budget.  We have the opportunity to upgrade the flooring in Springhill Hall at a total cost of approximately $31,000. Through a gift of free labor for installation, the costs will be for materials only, and the preschool expects to contribute up to half of this total cost. The council is currently gathering additional information and will provide more specific details and costs at the meeting, if not before. Please save the date and plan to attend this brief meeting.
