About St. Paul Lutheran Church, Kodiak, AK

St. Paul Lutheran Church is a congregation of Lutheran Churches in Mission for Christ (LCMC). We joined LCMC in 2010, after a long prayerful time of discernment, where the church voted to move from an affiliation with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) to LCMC. We are currently seeking a full-time pastor.

St. Paul Lutheran Church was established in Kodiak in 1969. We first held services at St. James Episcopal Church eventually constructing the current building in 1979. St. Paul has a long history of supporting a preschool beginning in 1982.
