Operation Christmas Child

This Christmas outreach is a Samaritan’s Purse Ministry.  Its purpose is to provide underprivileged children worldwide with a shoe box filled with gifts for Christmas.  Samaritan’s Purse believes every child should receive a gift for Christmas.  At the same time, they want to share the good news of the gospel message.  They do this through the help of individuals and families like yours.

It’s Easy!

Step 1 – Pick up a box from the church, or use a shoe box from home.

Step 2 – Decide if your box will be for a boy or a girl and choose one of the following age groups: 2-4, 5-9, 10-14.  Fill your box with toys, school supplies and personal hygiene products.  Personalize your box by writing a note or including a Christmas card and a picture of yourself or your family (optional). Include in your box a check (payable to Operation Christmas Child) or cash in the amount of $9.00 for shipping.

If you want to wrap the box, please wrap the lid and box separately.

Step 3 – Return the filled box to the church by the deadline of Sunday, November 11 at noon.
