About St. Paul Lutheran Church, Kodiak, AK

St. Paul is a member of the LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ) which is an international association of Lutheran congregations who are free in Christ, accountable to one another, rooted in the Scriptures and the Lutheran Confessions and working together to fulfill Christ’s Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations.

OUR HISTORY

St. Paul Lutheran Church was established in Kodiak in 1969. We first held services at St. James Episcopal Church eventually constructing the current building in 1979. St. Paul has a long history of supporting a preschool beginning in 1982.
